1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MealDealz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MealDealz is a convenience ordering service. You provide your desired Uber Eats order details and delivery information; we place the order on your behalf at negotiated or discounted pricing and arrange for delivery to you. We do not operate Uber Eats, and we do not claim affiliation with Uber Technologies, Inc.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service you must:

• Sign in with a valid Google account or other supported login method
• Provide accurate delivery and order information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

4. Order Placement

When submitting an order request you must:

• Provide accurate restaurant, menu, item, and delivery details
• Confirm any customizations, delivery address, and contact number
• Authorize us to place the order on your behalf and to pay required charges

We will attempt to place the order as requested. Orders are subject to restaurant availability, menu changes, pricing variations, and delivery constraints.

5. Payments and Fees

You are responsible for paying:

• The cost of the underlying food order (menu price, taxes, fees)
• Any delivery or service fees charged by the restaurant or delivery provider
• Any service fee we charge for placing and managing the order

We may accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, card, or other agreed methods. All payments must be completed before order placement unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on:

• Whether the restaurant or delivery provider issues a refund
• Timing and cause of cancellation or failure to deliver
• Evidence you provide (photos, receipts, timestamps)

If a refund is approved, we will process it via the original or agreed payment method. Processing times vary.

7. Delivery

We coordinate order placement and delivery but do not operate delivery partners. Delivery times and success depend on the restaurant and delivery provider. You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive the order or provide instructions.

8. Prohibited Activities

Do not use the Service to:

• Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders
• Provide stolen payment information
• Create multiple accounts to exploit discounts or promotions
• Submit false claims to obtain refunds

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant placement, or acceptance of all orders. Restaurants may reject or modify orders at their discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of MealDealz are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or misuse our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealDealz is not liable for:

• Issues caused by restaurants or third-party delivery providers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to delayed, incorrect, or canceled orders beyond our control

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service. We may also refuse service for any lawful reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be resolved by good faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties may use mediation or binding arbitration as set out in our dispute process.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
